Yes. You can cancel at any time before it triggers. Go to the ‘Alerts & Auto Buys’ page in your account and select the one you want to remove.
What if Auto Buy purchases tickets and I change my mind?
Auto Buy purchases cannot be cancelled, refunded, or resold. They are subject to the standard Twickets cancellation policy.
How long does Auto Buy run?
You choose the duration when you set it up. Once it expires it stops running. You can set a new Auto Buy at any time.
There is a charge on my statement I do not recognise after setting Auto Buy
We place a £0 pre-authorisation when you set up Auto Buy. It confirms your card is valid and will drop off within a few days without any charge being taken.
