Auto Buy enters you into a random draw whenever matching tickets are listed on Twickets. If you win an allocation, we buy the tickets automatically and let you know straight away. You set your preferences once. We handle the rest.
How it works
Choose your tickets. Pick the ticket types you want, set a maximum price and choose how long to run your Auto Buy.
Pre-authorise your card. We place a £0 pre-authorisation on your card to confirm it is valid. This may appear briefly on your statement and will drop off without any charge being taken.
We do the rest. When tickets are listed, we run a random draw from everyone who meets the criteria. If you are selected, we purchase the tickets and send you a confirmation.
What if no tickets match?
If tickets come up outside your price range or preferred ticket type, your Auto Buy will not trigger.
If tickets listed don’t match any Auto Buys, we will send out alerts to everyone with alerts on.
