How does Fan Priority work?

Fan Priority uses a two-stage allocation process. When a seller lists a ticket that matches an Auto Buy request:

1. We check the Fan Priority pool first

Fans who have successfully verified their fan membership and have a matching Auto Buy request are considered first.

2. A buyer is selected at random

If more than one Fan Priority user matches the ticket, one eligible buyer is selected at random.

3. We then check the wider Auto Buy pool

If there are no matching Fan Priority Auto Buys, the ticket can be matched with other eligible Auto Buy users. The buyer is also selected at random.

4. If there are no matching Auto Buys

The ticket is listed normally on Twickets and alerts are sent to fans.

Is Fan Priority based on how long I've been a fan?

Fan Priority does not currently give additional priority based on when you joined Fan Pass or how long you've been a fan. If multiple verified fans match the same ticket, allocation remains random.
