How do I set up Auto Buy with Fan Priority?
If Fan Priority is available for your event, you'll be able to unlock it while setting up Auto Buy.
Step 1: Find your event
Go to the Twickets event you're interested in and select Set up Auto Buy.
Step 2: Link your fan account
You'll see information about Fan Priority and an option to Link account.
Select this to continue.
Step 3: Verify your fan membership
You'll be redirected to Fan Pass. Enter your email address and follow the verification steps. If you don't already have a Fan Pass account, you can register as part of the process.
Step 4: Return to Twickets
Once your fan membership has been successfully verified, you'll return to Twickets.
You'll see confirmation that Fan Priority has been unlocked.
Step 5: Complete your Auto Buy
You can then finish setting up Auto Buy by:
- Selecting the ticket criteria you're looking for
- Adding your payment method
- Completing your Auto Buy setup
Your Auto Buy request will then be included in the Fan Priority pool when matching tickets become available.
Do I need to verify my fan membership every time?
No.Fan Pass verification is completed once when you set up Auto Buy for an event. You don't need to re-verify for that event.
