What is Fan Priority?

Fan Priority gives verified fans first access to eligible resale tickets through Auto Buy.

When you set up Auto Buy for an event, you can verify your fan membership through Fan Pass. Once verified, you'll be included in the Fan Priority pool. When a matching ticket becomes available, Fan Priority users are considered first. If more than one Fan Priority user matches the ticket, the buyer is selected at random.

If there are no matching Fan Priority users, the ticket can then be matched with other eligible Auto Buy users.

Does Fan Priority guarantee me a ticket?

No. Fan Priority doesn't guarantee that you'll receive a ticket. It means that, when a matching ticket becomes available, you'll be considered before the wider Auto Buy pool. If multiple Fan Priority users are eligible for the same ticket, allocation remains random. 

Is Fan Priority separate from Auto Buy? 

No. Fan Priority is an extension of Auto Buy. You'll still need to set up Auto Buy and select the ticket criteria you're looking for. Fan Priority adds an additional layer of priority for verified fans.
