Who can use Fan Priority?
Fan Priority is available for participating events where the feature has been enabled.
To use Fan Priority, you'll need to:
- Set up Auto Buy for the event
- Verify your fan membership through Fan Pass
- Have an Auto Buy request that matches the tickets being made available
Once your fan membership has been successfully verified, Fan Priority will be unlocked for that event.
I don't have a Fan Pass account. Can I still use Fan Priority?
Yes. If you don't already have an account, you can register as part of the Fan Pass verification process.
Does Fan Priority apply to every Twickets event?
No. Fan Priority is being introduced for participating events. If Fan Priority is available for an event, you'll see the option when setting up Auto Buy.
