Not to worry - this may be expected and is dependent on the pay out payment method selected for the event.

If PayPal has been selected - the payment comes directly from the buyer at the point of purchase, and should appear on your PayPal statement almost immediately but PayPal may hold the funds for a brief period of time (this would be outlined within your PayPal transactions). If so, get in touch with PayPal and they'll be able to let you know when those will clear.

If Bank Transfer as been selected - the payment is fully automated and will hit your account somewhere between 5-8 working days after the event has ended, not when the listing was sold. This is due to the funds being held by our escrow partner for both buyer and seller security. If the automated process fails for any reason such as incorrect bank details, we're notified immediately and will be in touch the same day to correct and re-try manually - but we're unable to expedite when the initial payment occurs as it's entirely out of our control.
