For certain events, we do allow sellers to post a listing for the sale of their tickets before they receive them, provided they can showcase to us that they've purchased successfully and it's an event that we're expecting the tickets to not be provided until closer to the event date. If this is the case, we'll have notified you of this within your order confirmation email.
With certain ticket types such as mobile tickets and e-tickets, when this is the case we'll also email the seller a reminder to transfer the tickets closer to the time. You will still be eligible for buyer protection should the seller not deliver the tickets in time for the event and the seller is required to deliver the tickets as soon as they have received them.
If you sellers tells you that they will not be able to provide the tickets at all, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact them directly and ask them to issue you with a refund via PayPal ASAP. If they do not do so, please contact our customer support team and we'll take further action.
