For some events, sellers are allowed to list tickets for sale before they have received them. This is permitted as long as the seller can provide proof that they successfully purchased the tickets and the event is one where tickets are typically issued closer to the event date. If this applies to your order, it will be mentioned in your order confirmation email.

For certain ticket types, such as mobile tickets or e-tickets, we also send the seller a reminder closer to the event date to transfer the tickets. Sellers are required to deliver the tickets as soon as they receive them. If the seller does not deliver the tickets in time for the event, you will still be covered by our buyer protection.
