We ask the seller to drop the tickets off within the following timeframes:
- If the ticket is sold when the event is fewer than 3 days away, the seller must deliver it to the outlet no later than 6pm the day before the event.
- Otherwise they must deliver the ticket to the outlet no more than 48 hours from the time of the sale.
If your seller has not dropped the tickets off within these timeframes, please contact them directly to see when they are planning on dropping the tickets off. You will find their contact details at the bottom of your purchase confirmation email. If they do not respond or drop the tickets off still, please contact our support team and we will take further action.
