If you have met up with the buyer rather than posting the tickets to them, please ask your buyer to email our customer services team with the order reference number to confirm that they have received the tickets from you. Once this has been done, we will update the status of the order so that you stop receiving reminders to post the tickets. You will also need to refund your buyer the postage costs they would already have transferred to you.
