When a payment is made using PayPal, the transaction is between the buyer and the seller - Twickets has no control over the payment itself or when PayPal allows you to withdraw it. 

We have seen that PayPal can hold funds for new accounts for up to 21 days - but it's best to speak to PayPal if you are having difficulty withdrawing your payment.
