Please rest assured that Twickets does not allow the use of bots and we have robust security measures in place to deter activity such as the use of bots or automated purchases. We are also continually developing and investing in such systems.  We actively monitor all buyer activity and buyers are restricted as to the number of tickets they can purchase for a particular tour.

When a listing is accepted onto the marketplace, alerts are automatically issued at the same time, however for events that are heavily in demand with a large number of alerts set up, there may be network delays in all being received. We tend to find that as we get closer to the show dates the number of listings usually increases, so you should hopefully be able to purchase some tickets nearer the time. At present it is unfortunately simply a case of demand outstripping supply.
