To ensure that there is a reasonable time frame available for the transfer of tickets prior to entering a venue or an event starting, we automatically remove listings at the following times:

Paper tickets to be posted - 3 working days before event start time

Mobile tickets - 1 hour before the event start time

E-ticket or "meet up" - 30 minutes before event start time

Once this expiry time has passed, we'll no longer accept listings of that type.

If you've got offers pending for your tickets whether accepted or otherwise, please note that this will not prevent your listing from expiring so it's advisable to accept or reject offers with enough time for a potential buyer to then return and complete the purchase or you run the risk of your listing expiring before they can make payment and losing your sale.
