If you see a message that states "Looks like this action is not supported. Please return and report this error so we can support it in the future (invalid client_id or redirect_uri)" this means that PayPal has a current issue that is out of our control that is preventing the connection between your PayPal account and your Twickets account to enable you to list your tickets.


This is usually resolved within a few hours by PayPal, however, some users have found luck with a workaround. Prior to starting the listing process, instead log in to your PayPal account at PayPal's own website, ensuring if it's a new account that it has been confirmed and verified via email. After logging in, follow the Twickets listing process as normal, and when you select to connect to PayPal it'll automatically see you're already logged in and skip the step causing issues above.
