If you see a message that states "Looks like this action is not supported. Please return and report this error so we can support it in the future (invalid client_id or redirect_uri)" this means that PayPal has a current issue that is out of our control.
Updated 25/01/2026 - This current issue should now be resolved, if you experience this error message, please contact us.
Update 23/01/2026 - We are working with PayPal to resolve this issue, but have discovered a workaround that may work for some users. You will need to list your tickets via our website, and prior to starting the listing process log in to your PayPal account at PayPal's website, ensuring if it's a new account that it has been confirmed and verified via email. After logging in, follow the Twickets listing process as normal, and when you select to connect to PayPal it'll automatically see you're already logged in and skip the step causing issues above. This may not work for all accounts but hopefully the issue will be rectified soon.
Update 22/01/2026 - We are aware of an issue at Paypal's end that is generating an error message from Paypal when sellers attempt to link their Paypal account to their Twickets account. Unfortunately the matter is beyond our control so we have escalated the matter to Paypal and will push for the matter to be resolved as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused in the meantime.
