If an event is in extremely high demand, we may need to disable alerts. However, as we get closer to the event and more tickets become available, we will usually switch alerts back on.
Alternatively, if you can't set an alert for the event because you cannot find the event on our system, let us know you can't find the event, and we'll see about adding it to the system.
