At Twickets, we use phone number verification to ensure we have the correct phone number for you,  if you haven’t received the 4 digit code via SMS. This could be due to a few reasons:


  1. You have entered the number incorrectly - our system will try to tidy up different formats, but mistakes can happen!

  2. There is an issue with SMS delivery for the phone number you are using - some networks have small temporary outages so a re-try at another time may fix.

  3. Too many requests have been received in close succession - for security purposes, our website limits the number of attempts within a short time, as a method to help keep unwanted bots out!


Genuinely, the best thing to do is to hold fire and don't re-attempt for 15 minutes, before returning an trying again. This will give our system some time to reset and stop any potential security block from too many attempts. We find that generally whenever this happens, it does resolve itself with time but get in contact with us if it fails for you on consecutive days and we'll get a member of the team to help troubleshoot.
