If your seller has requested to transfer the tickets to you but you have not received anything, please check your junk/spam folder as the transfer request email could have ended up there and not in your inbox. 


If there is nothing in your junk/spam folder also, please ask your seller to try cancelling and resending the transfer request. If you still do not receive anything, we would advise that the seller contacts the original ticket retailer directly to work out what the issue is.
