Once you have purchased mobile tickets on Twickets, your seller will be given instructions to transfer the mobile tickets directly to you from their original point of purchase using the email address that you specified when purchasing the tickets.


Once they have done that, you should receive an email with instructions on how to accept the transfer. It is likely that you will need to open an account with the original ticket retailer and accept the transfer to that account. If you have to create an account to claim the tickets, you must use the email address that the transfer email was sent to. 

You may be required to download an app as part of the ticket download process and present the mobile tickets on the app for entry.

Please note that the tickets will NOT be transferred to you via your Twickets account. The tickets will be transferred directly to you through the account you set up with the original ticket retailer (eg Ticketmaster, AXS etc).
