You must only list mobile tickets if there is a transfer option in your account with the original ticketing retailer. If there is no option to transfer the tickets in your account with the original ticketing retailer, you may not be able to transfer tickets for the particular event so please contact your original point of purchase to see if this is possible.
If you have listed tickets and they have sold but you are unable to transfer the tickets, you will then be required to refund your buyer in full including any delivery and buyer fees.
