You can list mobile tickets on our website the same way you'd list e-tickets, except instead of the transfer happening on Twicket's platform - you'll be required to transfer the ticket once a buyer has been found directly to them.
After your tickets sell, you will be instructed to transfer your tickets from your account with the original ticketing retailer to the email address that your buyer specified when purchasing the tickets.
Your buyer should then receive an email with instructions on how to accept the transfer. They will likely need to open an account with the original ticket retailer and accept the transfer to that account. They must use the email address that the transfer email was sent to. Please note that the transfer does NOT take place over Twickets’ system, so will not appear in either the buyer or seller’s Twickets account.
The original ticket retailer will either store the ticket on their own, or a partner app - and may require different instructions to send and receive tickets. Below is a link to instructions for some of the more common mobile ticket applications used by our sellers.
