You can list mobile tickets on our website in the same way as e-tickets. However, unlike e-tickets, the ticket transfer does not take place through Twickets. Instead, you will need to transfer the tickets directly to the buyer once they have been sold.
After your tickets sell, we will provide you with the email address the buyer used when purchasing. You will then need to log in to your account with the original ticket retailer and transfer the tickets to that email address.
Once the transfer has been sent, the buyer should receive an email from the ticket retailer with instructions on how to accept the tickets. In most cases, they will need to create or log in to an account with the original ticket retailer and accept the transfer using the same email address the transfer was sent to.
Please note that because the transfer happens through the original ticket retailer, it will not appear in either the buyer’s or seller’s Twickets account.
The original ticket retailer may store tickets in their own app or in a partner app, and the transfer process can vary depending on the platform. Below you’ll find links to instructions for some of the most common mobile ticket apps used by our sellers.
