When you buy through Twickets, all fees are shown upfront so you always know exactly what you’ll pay.

1. Booking fee (10-15%)
   Buyers pay a standard booking fee of 10–15% of the listed ticket price, depending on the event.

   This fee is clearly displayed during checkout, unlike many other resale sites.

2. Delivery fee (paper tickets only):
   If your tickets are physical (paper), a delivery fee may apply depending on the method:

   • Post — Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm): £8.35

   • Drop & Collect — pick up from one of our retail partners: £2.50 per order
     Meet up, as well as mobile and e-tickets, have no fee.
