i. A fee for delivery:
'Post' is charged at cost. Royal Mail '1st Class Signed For' is £2.35 and Royal Mail 'Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm' is £6.85.
'Drop & Collect' at one of our retail partners will incur a charge of £2.50 per sale (no matter how many tickets are sold).
'Meet Up' either before or at the event is free of charge.
'Download' e-tickets from our server is free of charge.
We recommend using 'Drop & Collect' where possible.
ii. Twickets also charges a fee of 10-15% of the selling price.*
*excepting certain partner events
