No problem at all. You can generate another purchase confirmation email from within your account. Simply follow these instructions:

1. Log into the Twickets account that you purchased the tickets with 

2. Go to "your account"

3. Click on "purchased tickets"

4. Find the order 

5. Click "resend confirmation email"
