Yes absolutely! You're in complete control over which methods you receive notification alerts.

To update the way you receive alerts:

1. Go to your account either on the Twickets website www.twickets.live or in the Twickets mobile app.

2. Select the ‘Alerts’ section.

3. On the mobile app: select either Push, Email or Both from the notifications section.

4. On the www.twickets.live website:  On the “You are receiving alerts…” section, press the “change” button and select your preferred notification.

Please note - you may need to update the application permissions on your device to start receiving push notifications.
