To ensure that we're not wasting everyone's time while completing a transaction, the first user to begin the checkout process for a listing and pass our security checks will put the tickets on hold for 10 minutes while they finish the purchase.

If they successfully complete the purchase, the listing will be removed from the website - however, if they do not then the tickets will be available for someone else to pick up, again being held by the next user to get started.
