- if the ticket(s) are valid for the new date, you agree that the buyer can either (at the buyer's election):
- attend the event on the new date; or
- opt for a refund if the event organiser or retailer that sold the ticket(s) to you originally is offering a refund. If the buyer is not permitted to obtain a refund directly from the event organisers or the ticket retailer that sold the ticket(s) to you originally, the buyer should return the ticket(s) to you, and you agree to cooperate with us and the buyer in order to obtain a full refund from the event organiser or retailer that sold the ticket(s) to you originally, and you agree to then pass such refund on to the buyer via Paypal.
- if the ticket(s) are not valid for the new date, and the buyer is not permitted to obtain a refund directly from the event organisers or the ticket retailer that sold the ticket(s) to you originally, the buyer should return the ticket(s) to you, and you agree to cooperate with us and the buyer in order for the buyer to either (at the buyer's election):
- obtain a full refund from the event organiser or retailer that sold the ticket(s) to you originally, and you agree to then pass such refund on to the buyer via Paypal; or
- exchange the invalid tickets for replacement tickets for the new date if required by the event organiser, and you agree to then deliver the new replacement tickets to the buyer via a delivery method mutually agreed between you and the buyer, with the reasonable costs (if any) of the agreed delivery method which you have actually incurred to be reimbursed to you by the buyer, as mutually agreed between you and the buyer.
