When you list e-tickets via Twickets, we'll digitally collect the tickets you upload, and someone purchasing your listing would automatically receive everything you've provided. For that reason it's important to only provide the tickets that you're selling and ensuring that if your tickets are in one e-ticket file, that you separate these before you list.

If you're unsure how to split the PDF file, you can usually find a number of different easy online tools to do this (search "split PDF") or alternatively please feel free to get in touch with our team, providing the e-ticket file and we'll split those and return them to you.
