If your listing is incorrect, please contact your buyer as soon as possible to let them know and check whether they are still happy to proceed with the tickets.


  • If the buyer is happy, the sale can go ahead as normal.
  • If the buyer is not happy and payment was processed through PayPal, you must issue a full refund immediately (including ticket costs, delivery, and any buyer’s fees).
  • If the payment is held by Twickets pending transfer to you after the event, please contact us with the order details right away so we can assist.


Once the refund has been issued, you can re-list the tickets with the correct details. After the original sale has been cancelled, please contact our support team with your order reference number so we can update the order status.
