What is Fan Priority?

Fan Priority gives verified fans first access to matching resale tickets through Auto Buy.

Does Fan Priority guarantee me a ticket?

No. Fan Priority means you'll be considered before the wider Auto Buy pool when a matching ticket becomes available. If multiple Fan Priority users match the same ticket, allocation is random.

How are tickets allocated?

Matching Fan Priority Auto Buys are considered first. If there are multiple matching Fan Priority users, one is selected at random. If there are no matching Fan Priority users, the ticket can then be matched with the wider Auto Buy pool.

Does being a long-term fan give me a better chance?

Not currently. Fan Priority doesn't currently use factors such as when you joined Fan Pass to determine who gets priority. Allocation between matching Fan Priority users remains random.

Do I need Auto Buy to use Fan Priority?

Yes. Fan Priority is an extension of Auto Buy, so you'll need to set up Auto Buy for the event.

Do I need a Fan Pass account?

You'll need to verify your fan membership through Fan Pass. If you don't already have an account, you can register as part of the verification process.

Do I need to verify my Fan Pass membership every time?

No. Verification is completed once when setting up Auto Buy for an event.

What happens if there are no Fan Priority users who match a ticket?

The ticket can be matched with eligible users in the wider Auto Buy pool. If there are no matching Auto Buy users either, the ticket is listed normally on Twickets and alerts are sent to fans.

Does Fan Priority mean there is a separate supply of tickets?

No. Fan Priority doesn't create a separate pool of tickets. It determines which eligible Auto Buy users are considered first when a matching resale ticket becomes available.
