Currently, for both buyer and seller protection, we do not allow buyers and sellers to communicate directly prior to a sale - however, if the seller has opted to enable buyers to "Make an Offer" on their listing then buyers are able to suggest alternative pricing to sellers, who can then reject or accept these offers as a basic form of negotiation.
