If there are no tickets available for an event you'd like to attend, you can set up an alert to be notified as soon as tickets become available.
To do this, simply go to the event page and click "Set up an alert". You'll be asked to confirm the event and then click "Save". Once your alert is set up, you’ll receive email and push notifications via the app (if you have it installed) whenever tickets are listed.
Things to Keep in Mind:
- Can’t find the event you’re looking for? No problem! Just email us at events@twickets.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to add it.
- Why isn’t there an alert option for my event? Some high-demand events don’t support alerts due to the volume of people trying to buy tickets at the same time. In these cases, we often enable alerts closer to the event when more tickets become available—so keep checking back!
- Alert limits: You can set up to 10 alerts at a time, but they must be for specific event dates. It’s not possible to create alerts for a range of dates. If you need to delete an alert to make room for a new one this can be done via “Your Account” on the website and in the app.
