If you are not home when Australia Post attempts delivery of the tickets, the post will be taken to the nearest post office and you will receive an ‘item awaiting collection’ card through your letterbox.
The post office will keep the item for 10 business days before the post is returned to the sender. If you are unable to collect the tickets yourself, there is the option for someone else to collect the item on your behalf. Alternatively, you can transfer it to another post office for a fee.
