Before a seller's listing can appear on our website, it will be checked and moderated by our team. They'll check for for indicators of a ticket's validity and ensure the listing details match the ticket before approving the listing.

Naturally, we cannot fully guarantee the intentions of sellers using our website, but we do actively monitor buyer and seller behaviour and have the ability to ban any accounts that display suspicious behaviour meaning that overall it's very unlikely that any tickets purchased through Twickets are not valid.

Regardless, if your tickets aren't as described or valid,  you'll be covered for the full amount of the item - including via PayPal's Buyer Protection policy when PayPal is used for the purchase.
