If the event you purchased tickets for has been postponed the tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Once the date has been announced, if you are unable to make the rescheduled date, please contact your seller (contact details will be on your purchase confirmation email), and they will be able to request a refund from their original point of purchase. Your seller should then return the ticket price and any delivery charges (for tickets that have not yet been delivered to you) to you via a partial reversal of your original PayPal payment. Please note that in these circumstances, the buyer's fee is non-refundable.
