Alerts are sent automatically as soon as a listing has been accepted, however, for certain events that are heavily in demand, there may be a small delay in all alerts being received due to the different networks involved. Therefore, tickets may well already have been snapped up by the time you log in. For these events, it may be a little quicker to keep an eye on our app or the "see our latest tickets" section of the website, but in any case, most spares usually appear near the event date so it mainly gets easier closer to the date.
