No, you do not need to let your buyer know that you're unable to deliver the tickets yet as you haven't received them yourself. Your buyer will have received a confirmation email from us when they purchased the tickets. The email states that the tickets aren't yet ready for dispatch and the seller will deliver them as soon as they've received them from the original ticket retailer. It would however be helpful to keep your buyer updated with any progress regarding delivery of your tickets.
