As you are the original purchaser of the tickets, you will automatically be receiving a refund from the original ticket retailer you purchased from. Please contact them directly if you any issues with receiving the refund. 

You will now need to issue your Twickets buyer with a full refund minus delivery costs via PayPal ASAP. This will avoid the possibility of your buyer opening a dispute in PayPal against the transaction. 

To issue your buyer with a refund, please do the following: 

1. Log into your PayPal account

2. Click the Activity subtab.

3. Find the purchase payment you would like to refund and click Details.

4. Click the Issue Refund link.

5. Enter the refund amount (the full amount minus delivery costs) and click Submit.

6. Confirm the amount and click Submit.
