Your seller (the original purchaser of the tickets) will now be receiving their refund from the retailer they bought the tickets from. We have now contacted them and asked that they issue you with a full refund via PayPal ASAP. This will include the Twickets booking fee you paid but not delivery costs.


If your seller has not issued you with a refund in the next few days, please firstly try contacting them directly. You will find your seller’s contact details at the bottom of your original Twickets purchase confirmation email. If you’re unable to get in touch with them and they've still not refunded you, please contact us and we'll take further action.
